A 30-minute conversation
You describe the situation. We tell you plainly whether Decoded is the right fit, and if not, who might be.
Within 48 hours
A written proposal
One or two pages: scope, deliverables, timeline, the people involved, the price, and what we need from your side.
Within 2 weeks
Work starts
Kick-off with your team, access set up, and the first findings on the table by the end of week one.
Every week
A written update
A short note on progress, decisions needed and risks, plus a monthly summary your board can read.
